Please note the following

Incomplete applications (and those completed by hand and not signed) will not be considered.
Special Education students must attach any Individual Education Plans (IEP). This information is used to help us prepare for individual needs.
All students must attend an orientation session with a parent or guardian. You will receive a schedule of orientation sessions. If you are unable to attend one of these scheduled sessions, call the school at 504.561.0606 so special arrangements can be made.
